Seeking to maintain the joy of life always, I've recently had to rethink my approach to building an integrated health center in central MD.  You see, I've been trying to use my reflexology practice as the starting point…but took a fall that shattered my left elbow.  No more reflexology for about a year as I retrain the severed muscles and tendons that connect the wrist & fingers to the artificial elbow knob.  So now I'm shifted toward building membership in the wholesale coop portion of the business – nontoxic, environmentally friendly products that facilitate wellness.
